Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally-occurring ingredient found in industrial hemp plants. It is the most abundant non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis and is being scientifically researched for various uses. You may have heard of a cannabinoid called delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the ingredient in cannabis that gets users high. Unlike THC, CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and does not cause a high.

Yes! You do not need a prescription or medical card to purchase hemp-derived CBD. Industrial hemp was classified as containing less than 0.3% THC with the United States Farm Bill of 2014. In addition, the 2018 Farm Bill removes hemp from the Controlled Substances Act.

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a biological system composed of endocannabinoids, receptors and enzymes. It plays important roles in your body and is possibly the most important physiologic system for establishing and maintaining human health. All vertebrates and invertebrates are known to have an ECS so don’t forget about your furry family members.

The fastest absorption application is holding a sublingual dose under your tongue for 30-60 seconds. Other applications include applying the oil topically to your skin or blend the oil in a smoothie. More dosing instructions will be included with your product.

This is a tricky question to answer as there is no such thing as a “dose” in the traditional sense. We suggest starting off small just as you would with any new supplement routine. It is important to increase your dose until you find the right amount for your desired results.

You may be concerned about taking too much CBD but there is no need to worry. CBD is considered to be safe and non-toxic for humans, even at high amounts. Unlike most pharmaceutical drugs, there is no danger of  an overdose when consuming CBD.

Under normal circumstances the products will last for 12 months without refrigeration. You can extend the shelf life of CBD to 18 months with refrigeration but it is completely optional.
